Marion County Fairgrounds Rental Information
You can rent the Fairgrounds building and grounds for your event!
Rental Procedure
- Check availability on the calendar
- Read Rental Agreement
- Fill out Event Inquiry Form
with the details of your event
- You will receive an email stating that we received your request and that date is in fact available
- Download and complete the Rental Agreement and mail or drop off at the Manager's office with your deposit/payment.
- Your reservation is then complete and the event will be placed on the event calendar. If a private event, no details will be given, only "Reserved" will be noted.
