Rental Agreement

Rental Procedure


 

  1. Check availability on the calendar
  2. Read Rental Agreement
  3. Fill out Contact Form on the CONNECT page with the details of your event
  4. You will receive an email stating that we received your request and that date is in fact available
  5. Download and complete the Rental Agreement and mail or drop off at the Manager's office with your deposit/payment.
  6. Your reservation is then complete and the event will be placed on the event calendar. If a private event, no details will be given, only "Reserved" will be noted.
